Pennsylvania's 67 counties. The study uses cost of living
data from 1997. The six subcategories from which the below
COLI numbers were computed are as follows: Groceries, Housing,
Utilities, Transportation, Health Care, and Miscellaneous.
The average COLI for Pennsylvania in 1997 was 101.5.
